The training is conducted by our 30 expert trainers from the Lab. Our sourcing and selection process allows us to offer expert freelancers in their field. Each profile is analyzed and selected by our team of Talent Specialists specialized in Marketing, Communication, and Digital professions. Furthermore, to ensure a good experience, our freelancers are pre-qualified, individually met, and sometimes tested and approved on projects. We guarantee the profession and precise professional expertise by confirmed or senior experts.

No, the trainings are not certified: you will not receive a diploma. However, a training attendance certificate will be issued to you!

The trainings last approximately 2 to 3 days, but this may vary depending on the specific training and desired level.

You can cancel your training 48 hours before it starts. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduling solution may be considered based on the training organization and trainer’s availability. Any training or training cycle that has begun is fully due.

All our prices are net of taxes (no VAT impact) on the dedicated training pages on our website and our catalog. The amount varies depending on the wording: inter-company, intra-company, or freelance from the lab (preferential rate), but also depending on the number of training hours and the number of participants. The idea is to offer you quality training with the best experts while keeping a reasonable price.

No, we understand that this can be frustrating; however, doing remote learning can be beneficial for various reasons: flexibility in organization as it allows you to organize your training as you wish, balancing professional and personal life. Furthermore, our trainers are particularly accustomed to conducting remote sessions and know how to make them highly interactive.

Our experts are able to provide their knowledge remotely as well as in person and are equipped with all the necessary tools for the optimal conduct of our trainings. We do not currently offer e-learning.

Invoices are payable, without discount and to the order of LA COLLAB Toulouse SAS:

• The balance is due upon receipt of the various invoices issued as the training progresses.

• In case of non-payment of an invoice by the due date, after ineffective formal notice within 5 working days, LA COLLAB reserves the right to suspend any ongoing and/or future training.

Meals are not included in the price of the course.

To facilitate payment for you, we are committed to allowing you to pay in installments. Generally, we offer payment in 3 installments over 3 months.

La Collab trainers are there to listen, and are attentive to the success of all. In addition, when ordering, you can choose your program according to your prerequisites. Also, we study the profile of each participant through a questionnaire before training. Trained, our experts have all developed pedagogical skills related to their training.
