We know, because for us it’s the same : being a freelance is a rewarding adventure. But we also face many challenges that accompany this status, such as professional isolation, financial difficulties, or the lack of social protection. These issues, often invisible, deeply impact our daily lives as independent experts.
La Collab was born from this observation: building a collective support model to make professional independence more stable, accessible, and sustainable.
We are a new solution; we are neither a communication agency nor a networking platform.
Our common goal is to re-enchant collaborations on marketing, communication, digital, HR, and Commerce projects while respecting La Collab’s values and methods.

How to join the Lab?
Listing on the internal platform
Each freelancer completes their detailed profile according to specific fields related to La Collab’s professions.
Presentation video conference
Each freelancer is invited to understand La Collab through the video ‘MEET LA COLLAB JOIN LE LAB.’
One-on-one qualification exchange
Freelancers exchange during an individual interview to understand in detail their hard and soft skills.
Consultation
Talents are consulted and challenged on their methods, references on one or more projects. Legal compliance check before the project starts. Possible reference check.
Validation project
To officially join the collective Le Lab, the first assignment must be successfully completed in terms of methodology, deliverable, and client satisfaction.
We give priority to freelancers who have already joined and proven themselves within the collective, whether in terms of deliverable quality, client satisfaction, involvement in collective life, and regular business contribution to the network.

The Lab also includes freelance Project Leaders who act as facilitators and hosts to make the most of the collective. They are real catalysts and connectors, enabling everyone to integrate and find their place in the group.
Do you have a multidisciplinary profile allowing you to deliver precise briefs, build a project by surrounding yourself with the right expertise, and interact on proposed work? Your presence simplifies processes, ensures coherence of strategy, and guarantees the proper deployment of the project.
The Project Leader is the privileged interface for the client and freelancers to accurately frame needs and expectations, assist in making strategic decisions, and ensure the quality of deliverables. They also focus on facilitating, enhancing, and improving each freelancer’s work experience within the project.
Create a collective of freelancers in your city
Our mission:
To support the creation of freelancer collectives by exploring the extended enterprise and changes in the labor market.
Our action scope is simple and committed through a personalized support program lasting from 1 to 3 years, covering 3 aspects:
- Solidarity support, development, and perpetuation of an independent activity.
- Spin-off: support independents in structuring themselves into a cooperation collective with strong local ties (the short circuit of service) and an encouraged CSR approach.
- Experimentation of a new entrepreneurial model that values healthy competition and co-constructs the Future of Work.
The support is operational and easy to follow, including:
- The provision of an economic, organizational, and managerial model tried and tested since 2015,
- A proven methodology for market penetration and organization,

About 3 times a year, La Collab organizes an event called “Meet La Collab Join Le Lab“. This is your chance to attend a detailed presentation of La Collab and its concept, but most importantly, to get a one-to-one meeting with one of our freelance project managers.

How are freelancers selected for the Lab?
The Lab brings together freelancers from a variety of professions and industries. The goal is to diversify the skills of our collective by selecting a wide range of profiles. To help us get to know you better, please register your references using the “Join Le Lab” link. We are not a networking platform and we don’t have a sales department. Project groups are often created on the initiative of the project manager or freelancer who brings the project to the collective!
